Presbyterian Women – Growing in Faith Together
Presbyterian Women at St. Andrew is a welcoming community where women of all ages come together for Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and service. This ministry provides a space to grow deeper in faith, build meaningful relationships, and support one another in the Christian life.
Whether you are new to the church or have been part of St. Andrew for years, you are invited to join in this encouraging and faith-filled community.
Bible Study & Fellowship
Our women’s group gathers once a month from September through May for Bible study and fellowship. These gatherings offer thoughtful discussion, spiritual encouragement, and connection with other women in the church.
Our current study, Finding Resilience, Joy, and Our Identity in Jesus Christ, reflects our desire to grow stronger in faith while navigating the challenges of everyday life with hope and purpose.
Women’s Sunday School Class
In addition to monthly gatherings, a Women’s Sunday School class meets weekly as part of our Sunday morning schedule. This group studies books of the Bible and faith-based resources, engaging in meaningful conversation and shared learning.
The class meets in the Women’s Sunday School Classroom in the Fellowship Hall and welcomes women of all ages and at all stages of their faith journey.
Prayer & Support
Prayer is at the heart of this ministry. Our Women’s Prayer Circle provides a space for lifting up one another, our church, and our community in prayer. It is a time of encouragement, reflection, and deep spiritual connection.
Serving Through Love
Presbyterian Women are also actively involved in mission and outreach. Through both local and global efforts, they seek to live out their faith in tangible ways.
- Support for GAP Ministries through quarterly donations
- Participation in Heifer International, including funding gift baskets in 2025
- Seasonal outreach projects, such as collecting hats, scarves, socks, and warming items in December to support those in need
These efforts reflect a shared commitment to compassion, generosity, and service in Christ’s name.
